Our days are continually looking more wintery. Almost all the color has fallen from the trees and we are left with muted tones as the earth quiets down for the colder months. Most winters I am desperately waiting for springtime but this year I am determined to enjoy the cold weather. Staying cozy and well fed, I think that I can brave the cold armed with cute knitwear and heavy layering. The world is still beautiful in grays and browns. I am looking forward to snowy walks, hot drinks, blankets, and board games by the fireplace. But before winter sets in for good, I want to lap up the remaining warmth and sunshine outside before it blows away.
