Outfit: De-stress Yourself

Some days are so busy I barely have a moment to myself. Frazzled, behind on things, rushed. I'm sure these words are familiar to you. On those days I think it is most important to set aside a little bit of quiet time to do what you enjoy. For me, that means going for walks in the woods. Even if it's just a ten minute walk, my head feels clear afterwards and I'm more capable than I was before. What do you like to do to separate yourself from life's stresses?
