It is on my 2017 bucket list to try growing mushrooms in our basement. The winter temperatures were too cold down there, but as spring is warming up, it might be safe to start the project. Liking mushrooms is a relatively new thing for me. I've always thought that they were interesting to hunt for outside but I only recently started to enjoy eating them. I'm a little nervous to hunt for edible ones in the wild but I do think it would be fun to try growing some nice white button mushrooms at home. Do you have any spring goals to start planning for?
